Our Auctioning Rules
The bidder who places the last (i.e. highest) bid wins the auction. Bids can be placed until 3.59 p.m. The amount of the last bid is the purchase price; there are no further premiums or additional costs involved other than the shipping costs. While the auction is open, user names and the highest bid are visible to all auction participants. The highest bidder will always receive an email notification, and will also be notified if he is outbid. This means that higher bids can be placed until the auction ends. As mentioned above, the highest bid wins the auction. To make the auction more exciting and dynamic, starting prices have to be rather modest. The minimum outbid amount is 20 Euro.
However, it is also possible to place a maximum bid right at the beginning of the auction; in this case you are the winner if the auction closes (every other Wednesday at 4 p.m.) without anybody else having placed a higher bid. If this is the case, you are the winner and the watch is yours at the price of the last bid that had been placed. You will immediately receive an email notification confirming all relevant data for the further handling of this transaction.
