You will receive the watch pass including a 1000-day guarantee from a sales value of €1000. For timepieces with a retail value of less than €1000, we will issue you with a certificate and provide a one-year guarantee.

Please keep in a safe place

The watch pass and the expert report are transferable. They may be useful to you in the event of a sale, loss or for insurance purposes.

Please note that the 1000-day guarantee is granted exclusively by Juwelier Ralf Häffner and cannot be claimed from the manufacturer or other watchmakers. The guarantee expires in the event of any external influence, unless this has been agreed with us in advance. Normal wear and tear, natural aging, improper handling, the leather strap, crystal, crown, pushers, valves, water resistance, battery, loss of individual parts and force majeure are excluded from the warranty.

Our dealer warranty does not restrict your statutory rights, such as liability for defects, but extends them. In addition to the statutory warranty, you also benefit from our voluntary 1000-day dealer warranty.
