Delivery Costs
– Within Germany, we always ship insured value parcels free of charge –
All our goods are always shipped as value parcels.
The delivery time within Germany is
1 to 2 working days.
For cash on delivery (from €1,000 invoice amount and only within Germany), we charge an additional €15. If you would like to send us your valuables for purchase, trade-in, consignment, or pawning, we will be happy to arrange collection from your home within Germany under the same conditions.
For orders outside the EU, additional import charges may apply in the destination country.
The costs depend on the destination country, the insured value, and the shipping/customs method for the respective country, and therefore must be calculated individually.
If the item you purchased is a taxed precious item,
you will be reimbursed the 19% German VAT by Juwelier Ralf Häffner upon export, or it will be directly deducted from the purchase price when shipped as a value parcel!
We are happy to provide you with a cost estimate in advance.
